To return the unwanted items you will need to create an RMA from your account. Please note returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Please log into your account and go to:


  • Order history and click Details on the relevant order.
  • Select the item you wish to return including the quantity to return.
  • Under ‘Merchandise Return’ please write details of why you wish to return the products.
  • Then click Make an RMA Slip.
  • We will then authorise the request for returns.
  • Once we have approved the request you will receive an email from us.
  • In My Account, under My Merchandise Return print off the RMA slip.

Please ensure the RMA slip is in with the package, failure to include this will incur delays in processing the returns.

Cancellations /Return /Refund
Please note that for any products, returns will only be accepted where the products are returned in a good and saleable condition (other than where the products were not in a good and saleable condition when you received them).

8.1 You have 14 days from purchase to raise a return of products within your order history on your account.
 You may return items in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging exactly how they were purchased at the time of ordering; for example no missing items from both packs and or cartons. If broken packs or cartons are sent back the full amount of these will be deducted from the refund total and treated as a restocking fee.
You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of initial receipt of goods. 

8.2 You will lose your right to cancel after the expiry of the 14 days from the date of receipt 

8.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must follow the returns process found here If you are cancelling the order due to problems with the goods you will need to inform us of the problem at the time of cancellation. Goods returned to our warehouse without being authorised may be refused and returned to you.

8.4 On cancellation for whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return the goods to us (together with the original packaging) within the 14 days at your cost as set out in clause 8.1.

8.5 Following cancellation subject to clause 8.7, we will refund you the price paid for the goods (or part of the order cancelled).

8.5.1 you notified us to cancel your order, where you have not received the goods; or

8.5.2 we receive the goods you returned to us, where you are in receipt of the goods; or

8.5.3 you provide us with proof of return for the goods, where you have returned the goods but we have not yet received them.

8.6 We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order or purchase.

8.7 We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use includes handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return for the goods.

8.8 Your right of cancellation does not apply to goods that are cut to your requirements, made to measure, made to order, made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Your right of cancellation does not apply to goods which if you have opened the product packaging after delivery or collection.

8.9  Returns and refunds are void if the item has been washed by yourself or a customer and or if the item has been personalised.

Received the wrong item

10.0 If you have received the wrong item in your order you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods 

10.1 We will require you to send the incorrect item back to us via a pre-paid returns label

10.2 Prepaid returns label will be sent to you in the form of a DPD returns label to your email with instructions to drop the parcel at a local DPD pick up point

10.3 Once the parcel has been dropped off at the DPD pick up point we will start the process of getting the correct item to you.

Faulty Goods

11.0 Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect at the time of receiving them, we will meet the cost of return delivery but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

11.1 Return postage costs will not be covered if you change your mind on an order, ordered the wrong item OR if you are putting in a claim after 14 days of receipt regardless if an item is faulty or incorrect.

11.2 No claims will be entertained after 14 days of receipt.

11.3 Please note that under no circumstances will claims be entertained if the garments have been further processed i.e. printed or embroidered.

11.4 Initial Carriage costs are not refundable. 

 Colour Fastness/Shade Variation

12.0 does not guarantee colour fastness on any of the goods.

12.1 Every effort is made to ensure matching colours across the range of goods, but there may be variations from dye batch to dye batch so it’s not possible to guarantee an exact colour match. Returns based on non-colour matching we will not pay for the delivery of return of goods. Cost of return is only covered by a faulty item (ripped, unstitched, dirty)

12.2 Returns and refunds are void if the item has been washed by yourself or a customer and or if the item has been personalised.
