Ordering

Do I need to set up an account?

You can browse our website and add products to the cart without creating an account. When checking out we recommend you register which allows you to:

  • Personalised and secure access
  • Fast and easy check out
  • Separate billing and shipping addresses
  • View previous orders and invoices

 Or alternatively you can use our instant guest check-out service.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No, we do not have a minimum order spend. You can purchase as much or as little as you like from single items to bulk packs or cartons.

Once I have placed my order, when do you dispatch?

We will aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days (working days). You should in most cases receive your orders next day after the day of dispatch. Please note that this service is not a guaranteed next day service. More information about our couriers can be found here

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is quick and secure; payments can be made several ways.

  •          Credit/Debit Card - We can accept credit/debit cards at checkout. Rest assured this is 100% secure. (We do not save any card details and card                                           details cannot be saved within your account for extra security)
  •          Paypal - Once you have finalised your purchase you will be re-directed to the PayPal website where you can make a payment.
  •          BACS Bank Transfer - at checkout simply choose the Pay by Bank Wire option which will give instructions on how to proceed with this payment                                              method. We will dispatch once confirmation of the transfer has been made. Please note that this method of payments                                                  takes longer to process orders.

Can I set up a credit account?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any credit accounts and all purchases are made directly from our website and paid for at the time of purchase.

Will I be charged any VAT?

VAT is charged on shipping and some products. VAT charges on products can be see within the product pages were applicable.

I am ordering outside of the UK, do I pay any import duties or taxes?

All products ordered are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. We would not have this information and is the responsibility of the customer to know this information before placing an order with us.

Any orders made by customers from the EU are exempt of VAT** (only if a valid VAT number is supplied at the time of order). If you are a customer outside of the UK but within the EU and place an order with us, you will still get charged VAT in the shopping cart, however in the comments box please state your VAT registration number, we will then verify the number and refund the VAT back to you.

**All customers from UK are subject to VAT where applicable.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order is placed?

Once you have successfully checked out you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once we have received the order it will be prepared for shipping by our warehouse team. Once shipped from our warehouse you will be sent another email informing you that the order has been dispatched.

Can I add items, change or cancel my order after confirming it?

No, unfortunately due to time constraints in our busy warehouse once an order has been placed any additions/changes are not permitted to an existing order, any additions will be treated as a new order and full postage costs will apply.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, if you are having difficulty placing the order over the website, please call us on 01530 245 810 and we can help you process the order over the phone.

Products

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured ethically in our state of the art facility in India, which are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified and BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) compliant, which is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the improvement of working conditions in the supply chain.

Are there any minimum quantities?

No, we do not have a minimum order spend. You can purchase as much or as little as you like from single items to bulk packs or cartons.

Are there any visible labels on the blank baby products?

No, we do not have any neck labels on the products, they are 100% unbranded. The only label on the garment is wash care and this can be found on the inside/underside of the product.

Do you offer mixed colours and sizes in a pack?

No, we only wholesale our products in block colour, block size. All pack quantities can be found within the product pages on the website. You do have the option to buy a single item.

Do you offer samples of your products?

Yes, the way in which we offer samples is by purchasing single items via the website.

Can I use the photos of your products?

Yes, please email us at sales@kidswholesaleclothing.co.uk and we can provide you with a link to where you can download the images.

I want a bespoke design, can you help?

Kids Wholesale Clothing prides its self on being able to offer a quality service to all its customers. If you have a design in mind for example, you are looking for all over printed fabric, a certain colour or garment you cannot see on the website. We can offer bespoke options. Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and deliver goods every day of the week (Saturday and Sunday if chosen at the time of order with DPD) and this is a next day service that our courier aims to achieve. Orders sent with Royal Mail 1st Class are usually next day however please allow up to 2 days for delivery.

If your order is placed before 2pm we aim to process and dispatch that day (subject to stock) for next day delivery  

Please note that next day is not always guaranteed as there can be unexpected delays with the courier.

Can I choose a time for when the order is delivered to me?

No, but if the order is dispatched with DPD they will email you a 1-hour window for UK deliveries and this will give you an approximate time of when you can expect the delivery.

If you wish to have your order delivered on a different day from placing your order, we can hold your order at the warehouse. Please contact us if that is the case. However once an order has been dispatched you will not be able to choose the time of delivery

Can I track my order?  

Yes, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email from the courier linking you to their website to see tracking information. You are able to track your parcel from our warehouse to your front door.

What should I do if my ordered isn’t delivered?

If your order has not arrived within the specified timescale, please contact us at sales@kidswholesaleclothing.co.uk or 01530 245 810. Please have your order number ready you will be asked for this to make it quicker to search for your order within our system.

I have received a faulty/wrong/missing item in my order

If you believe there to be a fault with an item please return to us to assess. If the product is defected due to a manufacturing fault we will issue a full refund of the item or exchange it.  For details on how to return please see our returns page.

If you have received a wrong item within your order you can return this back to us and we will be able to send you out the correct item. Please provided a proof of postage with the item you are sending back and we will be able to give you a full refund of the cost of postage (courier charges cannot be refunded). For details on how to return please see ‘returns’

If you have missing item within the order please contact us on sales@kidswholesaleclothing.co.uk or 01530 245 810, quoting your order number. One of our team members will be able to organise the correct item to be sent out to you.

Returns

How can I return my item(s)?

Please visit our returns page for information on our returns policy and procedure

Will I get a full refund?

Refunds will only be given when we have the goods returned back to us and after they have been assessed for manufacturing fault.

Items that are sent out in error and you wish to return to us, please have a proof of postage with the item sent back so we can refund this postage cost (courier charges cannot be refunded)

Please note that under no circumstances will claims be entertained if the garments have been further processed i.e printed or embroidered.
