You will need to register an account with us. You can do this from the website by clicking on the sign-in button at the top and following the on-screen instructions. Once registered you can sign into your account and add items to your cart and check out.

No, we sell in singles, packs and cartons. You are free to buy as little or as much as you like, the choice is yours! However, if you do bulk buy in packs or cartons, you will pay less per unit. You can see prices once logged in and the bottom of the product page gives you a full breakdown of prices.

For shipping prices please see delivery charges. We ship with Evri, DPD and DHL (N.I). When you add items to your cart the website will work out the best possible postage for you based on items in your cart and weight. 

We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of them being placed. You will get a shipped email once the order has been sent. However, to see the latest update on dispatch times please see Dispatch Times

Once your order has shipped you will be sent tracking information, if you did not get this please check your junk folder in your email.

Sometimes couriers can experience delays if you have not had your parcel after 7 working days from the date it was shipped from us please get in touch with your order number. We will not replace or refund before this time. Email us at:

In line with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to send out part orders and have any items that are missing on the order as ‘To Follow’ If you see this on your pick sheet your items will follow to you within 7 working days of receiving your order.  

Please email your order number so we can investigate. Please note that if the courier has marked the parcel as delivered a full investigation to locate the parcel can take up to 10 working days. At that time, we will not be able to replace or refund until we have a conclusion to the investigation from the courier. Email us at:

In line with our terms and conditions, we require any reports of missing items to be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this, we are unable to refund or replace.

We will require you to send the incorrect item back to us via a prepaid returns label before we can action a replacement, we will not need the item back to us before this just that it's handed over to return to us.

The prepaid returns label will be sent to you in the form of a DPD returns label to your email with instructions to drop the parcel at a local DPD pick-up point.

Once the parcel has been dropped off at the DPD pick-up point, we will start the process of getting the correct item to you. We will need the following by email your order number and the item that is missing. We will need the product code, colour and size to start the above process email us at:

In line with our terms and conditions, we require any reports of a damaged item to be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this, we are unable to refund or replace.

You will need to email a picture of the damaged item with a product code, colour and size along with your order number. We will investigate and either refund or replace the item. If we feel the damage to the item is beyond the manufacturer's fault, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund or replace the item. Please note if the item has been washed or personalised or been sent to your customer then any damage claim is void and we can not assist any further. Email us at:

Sorry, we do not offer any additional items to be added to orders. You will need to place a new order where shipping charges may apply. Emails requesting adding to an order will not be responded to.

If an item is marked as clearance, then it will not be restocked. For any other items that are out of stock you can use the ‘notify me when available’ feature on the product page (you must be signed into your account), you will get an email once the item is back in stock. You can also check our product restock page here to see when products are likely to be restocked, if a product you are looking for is not featured on this page then we do not have a restocking date. Emails asking for stock updates will not be responded to.

We can take up to 24 hours to respond to emails. Please check the junk folder. Please note emails asking to add on to orders or stock updates are not responded to as these two questions are answered in the FAQ. If you are still waiting for a response after 24 hours and you don’t have anything in your junk folder please email us again. 

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the time to decline any return request if it falls out of our terms and conditions. To action a return and see the terms and conditions for returns you must complete our returns procedure found in Returns
